Just looked up those sausages and they look really good plus they are 100 calories for 3 links so I am definitely adding them to my shopping list! I will check out the recipe too as it sounds delicious, do you remember what it was called?

10 pounds to lose
It's amazing how much the drinking can pile off. I used to drink wine which was bad enough but then I switched to beer which is even worse so i have really tried to lay off it. I mean I have one every now and then but like you I could easily put away 3 bottles! Actually now I find that they fill me up and make me bloated and then I realized that I would rather eat my calories than drink them!

The turkey sausages sound interesting and simple which I love. What are the ones that you buy, I will look into them because I am very much about ease, I am not the type of person to stand infront of the stove for 4 hours cooking. When I find the recipes on this site i tend to go for the quick ones. Have you even looked at those. Some of them are really good. My problem is that the servings are not very specific so I think I eat more than I am supposed to!

Doing the low carb thing is really good, I am going to try it too. It is hard though because then you have to make sure you don't eat too much fat! It is hard to find that balance. It seems like you have found it thou. Smile

Hi Nicky,

Thanks for the headsup, I have now made my food calendar public, I think when I first joined I wanted to keep it provate but actually it is better to keep it public so that you can share and learn with others that are in the same boat!

I log everything I eat, although I have a feeling that sometimes my portions are slightly over. I try to cut out sugar, flour, bread etc but I think I need to cut it out even more. You are right about avoiding the low fat stuff but I find that hard especially because I like my sauces.

Great thanks, well I am just watching my calories really. Some days I go over my RDI but most of the time I keep within it. I have lost 5 pounds but I think that is mainly because I have drstically cut down on the alcohol so now I have to really concentrate on what I am eating!

Like you today I have started to drink more water because I hardly drank any and so I am going to log every sip! I looked at my food diary and I think I need to cut down on the carbs. What diet are you doing?
