Question
Wow, I too gained lots of lbs after having my children, but that was 20 years ago, and I can no longer blame my body on post pregnancy fat. It sounds like you are on the right track, and very focus and committed to your target goal. You have 41 lbs to go, please keep me updated, and let me know how you are doing. I wish you the very best and know that you will hit that goal. Good luck, and keep in touch.

Question
You have no idea how thankful I am that you replied to my post. Thanks. I really appreciate all of your comments. I started at 177 lbs, and nine days later, with very little excercise (only 3 times for 30 minutes,) I weight 169 lbs. I am about 5'10" so I would really like to get to 155 lbs. I hope I can do it. Phase I has been easy for me, because I am not too big on sodas, meat, or bread. My big temptations: Nutty Buddys (two before bedtime!) and coffee. I am just so afraid to go to phase II and gain weight because of the added foods before I get to my target. I would really appreciate your advice on this one. Also, why can't we have sugar-free drinks such as Lemon Lite if it has 0 calories, and 0 total fat on phase I? Sorry about all these questions, but this is my first time dieting ever, and I am so OCD about it. Funny how once you hit 45 and over, everything goes south, and love handles apprear without even being noticed until you go to get a physical, and someone mentions numbers (177) that I had never heard before. My breast were growing, and I felt totally sexy, I just did not realized that my hips, and waist were catching up with the upper part.

You have lost quit a bit of weight yourself. Do you like this diet? and how is it going for you and your parents. Are you on phase I? If so, let me know if you need some recepies. I have a few of them that I have come up with, including a sweet potato mash that can be eaten as a snack, or desert in phase I. I wish you and your parents the best, and will be praying for you all to hit your targets. Take care, and keep in touch.

Question
Hello~
I am on my 10th day of the fat smash diet (beginning of pase II). I checked my weight this morning and lost 8 lbs in 9 days (the end of phase I,) I am excited!!! My question is, can I stay in phase I for nine more days, or do I definitely need to move to phase II. I am comfortable in phase I. Also, can I eat baked sweet potatoes as a snack? I have found a delicious recepie for the, it is like having your desert! How about drinks with no calories, and no sugar added? Thanks and I await your answer.

Best regards, and good luck to all.
