I'm big heavy cyclist who wants to ride up steep hills!
Power to weight ratio is the key so loose weight and do more training to increase power. I'm doing a low carb eating plan which seems to be working so long as you steer clear of carbohydrate!
I travel a bit for work which adds a complication, lots of temptation particularly when I'm travelling with work mates who like a beer :(
Head strong = legs strong !
