How many cals for.....?
How many cals for jumping, screaming, swearing at the ref (well, that's more the missus than me), cheering, chanting and getting stressed out for 90 mins (plus injury time) at a football match?

Enough to 'pay for' a 500ml bottle of Carling at half time? Hope so!

Tomorrow is most definitely a 'cheat day'!!
Hit the big 60 tomorrow so having a day off dieting and having a 'couple' of beers, meats, pasta salads (might even have some bread!) and a nice homemade lactose-free coffee cake.

Presuming a full 2500 - 2800 calories then back on the wagon on Sunday.

See the physio on Tues about my back - doc says a rowing machine will be ok, just want to confirm and get the right technique then I can get some 'serious' excercising in.

Theoretically and an over-simplification, if your 'output' (ie excercise + natural burn to live) is greater than 'input' (food + drink) then yes, you will lose weight.

Again, an oversimplification, if your output is 500cals per day greater than your input, then in one week you will, theoretically, be down 3500cals which equals 1lb weight loss (1lb = 3500 cals).

But there again, we're humans, so sady, it's never as straightforward as that

However, use the diet planner here to precisely plan and record what you eat, stick to it and if your output > input you will, eventually and over time, lose weight.
