Water Aerobics
Right now I am doing two workouts a week at the gym. One day I do Aqua Boot Camp for one and a half hours and on the other day I do an hour of regular water aerobics. I started this after not really exercising for the past three years. I did a training stint a year ago to run a 5k and it was great! Since then I have had to have knee surgery and they told me not to run any more. Boo.I enjoy the water aerobics but fell I need to amp it up.

My main problem is over-eating. I tend to eat what I crave at the moment and keep eating even when I feel full. Of course I feel bloated and miserable ...
