performance: losing 0.0 lb a week
So here I am. A litle over weight and trying to take control before it gets out of hand. I'm preparing for the biggest day of my life and I don't want to look back on it and regret not trying to look my best.
I have set myself an initial goal of 29lbs to lose, that will take me to a weight that I used to be. From that point on, I will focus on toning and getting my body to its optimum. I will definitely be able to do this by May next year.
I have some milestones to help me on the way.
Milestone 1:- Lose 12lbs by the end of July, so I won't feel uncomfortable in a swimsuit and can start swimming. I've seen a great piece of kit that will allow me to listen to my music whilst swimming as music really motivates me.
Milestone 2:- Lose the final 17lbs by September / October so I can start trying wedding dresses. I don't want to have to avoid any particular styles because they don't have my size or that my body looks hideous.
I'm really focussed on doing this and doing it right and I'm taking it all the way.
