45 year old male struggling with weight for last decade. Youth and young adulthood was weight appropriate. Never thought obesity would become an issue based on those years. Primary obstacles to healthy weight are a love for food and physical limitations imposed by auto-immune arthritis which, among other things, has destroyed both of my knees.
