I am on Weight Watchers... again. I am determined that this will be the last time! I was down a total of almost 33 pounds before joining this site and I'm really trying to convince myself that I CAN do it. Every time in the past, I would hit 30lbs and quit. It seemed like that was the number of doom! LOL. I will defeat this! I will do it! I AM worth it!

I am 34 and married to my husband for nearly 14 years. I have helped raise his 2 kids (full time) since they were 5 & 7. They are 19 & 21 now. Life is good for us. The kids are grown & moved out and we can pretty much come and go as we please (aside from work... Blah). My husband has taken up snowboarding and I hate sitting on the sidelines. I just know if I try it with this much excess weight, I will be paying for it for a long time. I am determined to lose the weight this year so I can snowboard next winter! It wouldn't hurt to not look like a cow getting on the jet ski in the summer either! LOL

Here's to all of you on this journey with me. May this be the year... for all of us!

LOW POINT FOODS
Found zero point yogurt! Fiber One brand - Walmart had Peach, strawberry & key lime pie. 50 cal but 4 or 5 grams fiber so if you have just one... Its zero. Thanks Fiber One!

FEELING ALONE IN THE WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
Ok. So I realize that this is MY journey, and MY weight problem. I just had a moment (as I do from time to time) and needed to know if people felt the same way. Thanks all.

FEELING ALONE IN THE WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
I have over 150 pounds to lose. While I have various members of my family doing weight watchers as well, sometimes I feel alone in the journey. They all have much less to lose than I. Also, when they have a bad week, they're not so supportive if I had success. My husband is always supportive but I'm worried that once he meets his goal, it will be very hard for me to finish my journey. Anyone in my boat?

Low points foods
Try the Nature's Own White Wheat bread (1pt for 2 slices) and Kraft fat free singles (1pt for 2 slices also). Make a grilled cheese to go with the Progresso soup and you have a nice comfort food style meal.
