How do people keep it up on the weekend?
Thanks for all the advice ladies, it's appreciated. I am definitely going to stay in a little more on the weekends so I can avoid those dangerous cocktails. I put myself in a kickboxing class during the week so I'm at least getting a pretty hard workout during the week even if I slip on the weekend and am going to take my 7yo son to one of those new trampoline activity places this weekend so he'll think it's fun and I'll still be getting my workout in =)

How do people keep it up on the weekend?
I find it really easy to stick to my diet during the work week because I sit at a desk and have a lot of time to think of it (although I'm not the best at tracking I try). When it comes to the weekend I'm on the run with my son and forget all about my diet and my my exercise. What are some useful tips to keep up the work even on the weekend?

Vitamin C as laxative
You may want to try a different brand. I used to take spring valley and it gave me horrible stomach aches and then would have a BM (did the job), I switched to nature made because I got my vitamins but didn't cause the BM. Thinking about it Spring Valley may be more potent since it makes you go but I just take the vit c for the vitamins and not the movement needs. I would also suggest moving on to dieters Green tea that usually works pretty well, just beware of whether you want the caffiene or not they come in both ways.
