Hello Fellow FatSecreteurs,
This my next time back, as a four month long absence filled with illnesses and yuck knocked me off of my track.
During my first stint, I lost 35 pounds in seven months. Got there doing a lot of Jillian Michaels routines, and ate a lot of fruits and vegetables along the way.
Also, during my down-time, I became aware of just how badly all those carbs in the fruits and vegetables were affecting me. I was constantly in a "fog". Didn't like that. Not one bit.
So, sorta as a fluke, I went one day with protein only. No carbs. OMG. My head cleared up almost instantly that day. Since then I've changed my diet to lean more toward the protein side and geez, do I feel sooo much better.
And finally, I have added a Muscle Monday now to what used to be seven days of cardio. Focussing on one group to blast. Building some new muscle. So far, so good.
