I'm Aviva. I'm a 40 year old married mother of six. I'm a stay at home mom and have spent the last year and a half working on myself...finally.
When I was 39, I realized that I wanted to be 40, fit and fabulous! I had a lot of work to do to achieve that goal!
In the past 18 months, I've lost 100 lbs. I've become an athlete. I can run a 5K (on the treadmill), I love to bike, I'm killer on the elliptical!
I'm now 15 lbs from my goal wt of 165. That will put my BMI at 28 and that's good enough for me!
I'm proud of myself. I love to inspire others because when they are encouraged that further inspires and motivates me.
