I'm going to do this! I've been heavy since fourth grade with a 2 year stint of thinness before I married my husband. Gradually over the next 3 years I gained it all back. January, we started the "Biggest Loser-Team Challenge" at my work. I'm super excited that my head is back in the game. I feel like weight loss is 95% mental and 5% what you do about it. I'm not going to defeat myself, this time! I will be thin by 40!

How to stay motivated?!?!?!?!
Nicole--I know exactly how you feel! This was supposed to be MY summer where I would go back to work in the fall as a transformed person. I gained 8 pounds! I'm so disgusted with myself but I still find myself planning the next naughty meal. I believe that weight loss is 95% mental and 5% diet and exercise. When I'm in the 95% mental zone, I can drop weight like water. When I'm not, it's a constant, self-defeating cycled.
I bought a new scale yesterday, one that measures body fat, OMG! That was an eye-opener. I'm hoping it might jolt me back into the zone. I'm not giving up. I have 8 months until I'm 40 and I'm determined to be thin by then.
