I am 23 years old and currently live in Colorado. I work at a call center, so I am sitting most of the day. In Highschool I was very active, and constantly played sports, but once I graduated, didnt get as much exercise as I really needed. I did go out alot to take photographs and went out alot, but not really running or anything like that. About a year ago, my dad was put in the hospital for a month, and thats when I really gained my weight. We spent most of the day at the hospital, not much moving around. And when we did eat, it was usually cafeteria food, or fast food...didnt do alot of cooking...and before I knew it I was 200 pounds. It didnt stop there. Lost of stress as creeped up with my boyfriend's child support and his ex giving us a load of problems...so I got up to 220 before I even realized what was going on...and I hated it. I could fit anything, and just felt horrible. I am down to 212 now, and am commited to lose my weight and get healthy again.
