Overwhelmed
I need some help. I am trying to stick to a 1200 kcal diet and eating 5-6 small meals a day. I am so overwhelmed trying to make sure I get all of the calories. I have noticed that I average about 980. I don't how to prepare for my week without so much stress. I have tons of good foods in my fridge, but when I start trying to put stuff together it makes me so frustrated. I work 12 hour days (only 3-4 days a week) with an hour commute each way. I don't have time to cook dinner when I get home, so everything has to be put together before my work week starts. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Confused
