OWL

Doing well on my plans.
I follow the induction and have added the OWL menu to my efforts.
Currently have lost 38 pounds and am headding to my next goal....... 250
I was extreamly obese, BMI at 43%.
Im now only obese; BMI at 35%.
Looking forward to being Overweight!!!!
Life is good.
If your struggling, dont!...... Just commit to doing your plan a day at a time.
Keep up the effort no matter what.
