I've always been a petite girl, but over the last ten years I've put on quite a bit of weight due to a number of factors. I was shocked to find myself at 200 lbs after not having a scale for a few years. My thinking is that I didn't put the weight overnight, and it's not coming off overnight. And I want it to stay gone when it goes, so I'm approaching this with some practicality. I'm trying to change my lifestyle choices, and part of that is diet and exercise.

My guess is that I was consuming upwards of 3,000 calories most days, and not getting nearly enough exercise. Right now I'm just struggling to maintain a normal RDI of 2,000 calories and maintain a fitness routine of 5 days a week, with a slow and steady increase in the caloric output of each workout.

When I started a few of weeks ago, I could barely tolerate 10 minutes on either the treadmill or the stationary bike, and already I'm up to 30 minutes each, even doing some jogging intervals on the treadmill already. I'd like to do a lot more as it turns out I love to run, but I'm having to do it in moderation until I've lost enough weight to help out the plantar fasciitis. The point is to keep increasing the activity duration and endurance required. I really enjoy setting these little goals and meeting them.

I'm no expert, but as I understand it, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're building muscle, that may explain.

Android App should be compatible with all models of android phones!!!
You should have ten days to return the phone and get a different. A restocking fee generally applies (mine was $10). I have the Vibrant and I love it. I use the fat secret app.
