Does anybody else hate shopping for pants/jeans?
I usually have to try on a million pairs to find a pair that I like. Often I end up buying a size larger than I do for skirts, but that fits my butt and thighs, and then have it tailored down in the waist and have the hem adjusted. Clothes off the rack just aren't going to fit most of us perfectly--but we don't have to accept them that way, we can get them tailored to fit and flatter perfectly, regardless of size or shape.

Healthy Reward Suggestions???
I like to get new workout clothes for myself. New clothes are always fun, and if they help me get to the gym more (and they do), even better.

Don't get skinny fat, get STRONG!
Agreed! I bike race and compete in triathlons, so I still do a lot of cardio, but I love lifting weights. It makes me feel tough to lift a bunch of heavy metal, particularly stuff like dead lifts. Smile And as for results--when I started upping my weight lifting routine, my weight stayed the same, but my waist size went down four inches and I dropped 5% body fat. Sweet.

What do you drink?
Hot tea, particularly ones that don't make me want to dump sugar in them, mostly peppermint and raspberry.

I also don't particularly like plain water, but squeezing some fresh lime juice in my water, no added sugar, works great for me. It's very refreshing, no calories, and not boring.

Exercise Time
This may not work for many people, if you live in a bicycling-unfriendly city or have a super long commute or something, but I commute by bike to work. It's pretty close for me, so about twenty minutes of cycling each way, but even if I don't get another workout in, that's some decent exercise. And considering time it takes to find parking, etc., it's actually often faster for me to bike in than drive. If you have a longer commute you could bike in one direction and take the train or bus back. If you drive in to work, could you park a mile away and walk the rest of the way to your office?
