I have been poorly keeping track on my progress, I will however try my best on utilizing this app. I am certainly making progress, though slow, I feel healthier and will certainly keep up with it:)

After an ongoing struggle with losing weight, I am more than commited to sticking with this method and keeping record of everything I do! I am so excited to see the end result, I certainly know it wont be an easy journey....it is however, one that is way overdue and welcomed with open arms!
I didn't eat as well as I needed to, but I did work out for 30 minutes and felt amazing afterwards. Can't wait for tomorrow! I will definitely do better:)
Yeay, to getting healthier and becoming strong and fit!
