Well my first journal... I feel like if I don't do something, I am going to lose everything. The love of my life, my family, myself, and life in general. I know I'm morbidly obese, I just refuse to see it. I know things that I should stop but it's just so difficult. My normal day, would be waking up with a cigarette,then hopping in the shower. When I get out I drink a Dr. Pepper while I get ready for work. I usually don't eat breakfast. When I get to work I buy a 16oz Rockstar. I'll drink that within an hour. I will go on my first break at work and grab another rockstar. On my lunch I'll have a redbaron personal pizza, or a bag of ramen. When I go on my last break I have another rockstar. When I get home I wont eat right away. I usually play video games and then eventually around 1am I will eat another pizza or ramen. and then a snack of whatever I can find in the kitchen with a couple sodas. I think I need to make a change and hopefully this is the beginning.
