I am a 39 yr old over weight person. I have topped out at 244lbs. I blame this on alot of lack of motivation and not caring about myself. I have a husband who take seizures, 4 teenage kids, and a sick aunt that I try to take care of. Not to mention that my health is bad as well. I have decided that I want to lose 100 lbs, and its time to take a moment for myself. Dont get me wrong I love my family with all of my heart. Now its time for me to learn to love myself.




1. Lose 2 LBS a week
2. Eat 20Net Carbs. daily
3. No more than 4 ser. of sweetener daily
4. Salt intake at 1800-2000mg daily
5. Exercise 3-5x a week for 30mins
6. Water intake 64-86oz daily
7. MOMS !!!!!TIME OUT!!!!! 1hr daily

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I'm new to this but I have found it best to exercise when you have the most energy. For me its in the afternoon. I can exercise longer when I feel better.

Share your tips for getting the water in!
Leslie I drink about a 100 oz a day as well. But I like a change every now and again. Where do you get the flavored liquid stevia at? Id like to try alil of that.

heavy cream
I like the heavy whipping cream too, but I just started using it. I am at a steady weight lose, but I think my body is reacting to it alil. So Im gonna cut back some on the dairy and see what happens. I love my cheese, so the cream my have to go lol. Instead I use the akins shake as my creamer and chart it as 1/2 serving.

soy flour and flaxseed meal
I just made some salmon patties with flax seed. It worked pretty good. I my need to do some adjustments to the recipe, but over all is was good.
