I am a 39 yr old over weight person. I have topped out at 244lbs. I blame this on alot of lack of motivation and not caring about myself. I have a husband who take seizures, 4 teenage kids, and a sick aunt that I try to take care of. Not to mention that my health is bad as well. I have decided that I want to lose 100 lbs, and its time to take a moment for myself. Dont get me wrong I love my family with all of my heart. Now its time for me to learn to love myself.
1. Lose 2 LBS a week
2. Eat 20Net Carbs. daily
3. No more than 4 ser. of sweetener daily
4. Salt intake at 1800-2000mg daily
5. Exercise 3-5x a week for 30mins
6. Water intake 64-86oz daily
7. MOMS !!!!!TIME OUT!!!!! 1hr daily
