Was an active person the majority of my life but am struggling last five fears to be active, eat properly, and be healthy. After realizing the effects on my health I am trying to renew efforts to lose weight, gain strength and make being healthy my lifestyle, not a diet. I also was instructed to go gluten free by a doctor recently.
