Yesterday, thinking of jump starting my diet, I only ate a small salad. But i think doing this was wrong because after only 3 hrs. my head started to spin. I think my body was going haywire trying to preserve the fats I am carrying. Anyway, I ate a yogurt so that I won't feel light headed. It worked, but it cost me 100 cal. :( Anyway not going to be discouraged by this.
I exercised. yep finally I am back in the game! 30 mins in the elliptical. According to the machine I lost around 170 kcal only. It is small but for me this is a giant step!!! :)
Also, I started eating breakfast. Oatmeal with a spot of milk! Hopefully with this I won't be so hungry during lunch time!
