I am taking a break today and letting my muscles rest.
Breakfast:
2 slice of Gluten Free Bread w/ 1 tbsp Earth balance butter and 1 tbsp of organic raw honey
Protein Shake - 2cups of Almond milk, 2/3 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of almond butter, 2 tsp of cacoa powder, 2 medjool dates
Snack:
1 cup of raspberries
3/4 cup of cucumbers
