I started my whole lifestyle change back in August of 2009. I've lost 40 lbs and I want to lose 20 more. I've got this whole maintaining thing down.

My secret to maintaining? Don't sweat the small stuff. Enjoy your indulgence as long as you eat well for the most part. Weigh often so that you can keep yourself in check when the scale starts to creep up.

I think this site is just what I need to get going on the weight loss again! Super excited!
