Yoyo dieting all of my life but would like now to gradually lose what is there for my health more than anything. My knees creak, my ankles swell and retain water and I really suffer badly with cellulitis and leg ulcers so it has to be knocked off before it kills me.
Also suffer with arthritic joints which is made worse due to the excessive pressure of the weight and I woul so love to be able to wear a pair of shoes with heels again :)
