I a 69 yrs old and tired of being so fat I can't do anything without huffing and puffing!! I want to ride my horse again! I have been up and down in my weight all my life but... as you get older it seems harder to control. I LOVE food and use it as my reward and consolation. Sweets are my downfall and I can never 'eat just one'. I have been very active most of my life but now it seems I am not which means I can eat very little and it is hard.
