Hello! My name is Abigail and I am a military wife stationed in Las Vegas,NV. I battle sciatica, a herniated disc, and Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS)on the daily and was told to stay far away from carbs after experiencing a massive weight gain of 140ish pounds in less than two years.I had gastric bypass surgery, RNY, on October 7th, 2013 and have so far lost 121 lbs. I am here to support others along their journey, swap stories and tips, and make new friends so let's do this!

Snack Ideas
Thanks everyone for your great ideas!!! Since I've been tracking my meals, I realized I haven't been eating enough calories and think that having small meals throughout the day would help keep me going. Since I'm in induction, its hard to snack on the things that I usually ate like fruit and nuts so I was just looking for some fresh ideas, I'm not really creative when it comes to food! Thanks again for your inputSmile Smile

I screwed up !!
I messed up pretty bad over the weekend by not being prepared so I know how you feel! Just keep on track for the rest of the day and start fresh again tomorrow!

Not eating enough calories
I just hate feeling hungry later at night. I may increase my dinner portions a little to see if that holds me over.
