Hello, my name is Margaret and I am 62. I still work and work out also.
Mainly I do running with a nearby running club. I have done every diet
and was successful many years ago, I actually was a group leader for a company which was similar to ww.
I do struggle with entertaing and watching my weight. I like journalling so this website keeps me accountable even when some days you are tired. I wish everyone good luck with their goals and enjoy others bio's.

i ran my furthest yet 22k I have done 21.1 but was glad
i can still do it . Doing 1/2 marathon end of September
in Corning New York.

It is September ,summer went so fast.

best friends dropped in.
Day was on schedule, however choice of going out to dinner with friends or staying , and we stayed ordered pizza and wings, and wine,so day was destroyed by food, but enjoyed with friends. Start over tomorrow
