I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. Food has always been my friend and I've always found comfort in it...perhaps too often. I eat to celebrate and even when I'm upset or bored. As for exercise, I actually love it, but it is hard for me to get into a routine because I can be hard on myself to participate in a long and intense work out.
I'm looking to finally motivate myself to be a healthier me and I'm glad I have my friends to support me =D
