Percentages of protein, fats and carbs
Thanks for the advice guys. I don't weight lift (I hate exercise!)
At least my carb intake is ok Smile I was worried i was overdoing it. I only get 1400 calories a day and i want to use them wisely!

Percentages of protein, fats and carbs
Hi Guys,

I am counting calories and trying to eat more fruit and veg but i have just noticed the little pie chart at the bottom of my food diary.

I seem to consistently eat between 1/2 of my calories as carbs, 1/3 as fat and 1/5 as protein. But i'm not sure how it should be split really.

I don't have excessive weight to lose but i want to keep it off for a change so i'm trying to change my diet on a permanent basis and just generally eat more healthily so any help will be appreciated as i don't know what my percentages should be!

Thanks! Smile

Recipes on Android App vs Recipes on Website
Hi,
I apologise if the answer is already posted but i can't find it. I asked this question in the technical help section but thought i'd post it here in case anyone can help.
I have been looking for some new low calorie recipes and there are are a few on the Android App i would like to try however i can't find them on the website? I wanted to copy and paste them into a word document so i can save on printing costs but i simply can't find them on the website. I also like the way the app can sort by calories but i can't find a way to do this on the website.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Jess
