So I'm in the 'healthy weight' category for Bmi, but really at the top end. I know I can lose weight pretty easily by just controlling what i eat- i just eat when I'm bored!
All about motivation- trying to acquire some!
Plus I have a dance show at the end of March and want to be comfortable in a leotard :)
