37, male, Atlanta, married,2 children (girl-8; boy-5), wife on Abs Diet as well. Been runner since age 24 - pretty serious (3:30 marathoner). Have "swimmer/runner" build and just want to tone. Wife wants to lose pregnancy weight. She did Abs Diet for almost a year and improved - it works! I'm a little skeptical b/c book emphasizes weights and I only run (4x week avg).

Any runners out there on Abs Diet?
I'm a big runner - marathons, 1/2 maras, etc. I only know cardio exercises. I hate the weight room. Most of the exercise plans in Abs Diet seem to emphasize weights and only lightly touch on cardio. Can this work for me if I'm mainly going to run??
