Throughout high school I played many sports and was quite active. After graduating though my activity level decreased substantially and I started gaining weight. I went from 140 at 18 to 167 at 21. I was mortified at the fact that size 9/10 pants were not buttoning. After being in my best friends wedding and having to wear a size 12 dress on my petite frame I was done!
When I returned home the Monday following the wedding I decided I was going to lose the weight that was making me so unhappy! I lost 5 pounds in the next couple of months but it wasn't enough for me so I started the Curves Weight Management Class! In the next 6 weeks I lost another 20 pounds! I felt great and couldn't be more excited with my new me.
Since that time 3 years ago I have fluctuated a little Between 135 and 140 but I now am bored and want more. I have set new goals and I want to challenge myself in achieving them.
GOALS: Weight: 125 lbs, Abdomen: 30", Body Fat%: >17%
