What do you do with greek yougurt?
I didnt really enjoy greek yogurt until I actually read the package on the Fage brand. It says not to stir the fruit in. Dont stir people. It ruins the yogurt. I take the plain and do a quick dip into the fruit and its ready to go.

What are you eating?
I was always raised with a meat a starch and a veggie. I still do that for the most part. I start at the meat section and find what looks good then I build around that. I dont always do the starch now as those tend to be an easier cut to reduce calories. You can never eat too many veggies. Just make sure if you get frozen ones that they arnt those crazy sauced brands. Most of the time you can make a better sauce with real butter for less calories.
Tonight my plan is to do kabobs on the grill. Thats meat and a lot of veggies. As a side im planning either spaghetti squash or quinoa for my starch and Ill mix in some roasted red peppers to whichever starch I pick for some added veg and flavor.
Also I have discovered that you can roast darn near any veggie in the oven with a little oil salt and pepper and it will turn out great.

Looking for a speed/distance/pace monitor. Suggestions?
If you have a smart phone adidas makes a great running app called micoach. Its free and works off pace zones. It logs your routes, elevation changes and pace. It also syncs to the web after your workout and you can pull up old workouts right on the phone. It will also keep track of your shoe mileage.
