I have been on "diet" since I was 14 years old. I used to be a dancer, ballet, jazz and modern dance. I had a great teenager season. My ideal weight, based on my height, body type and age is 138. I have been in that weight for a long time. Now, after the Christmas season and after my divorce in October I had gained weight. However, I never stopped doing exercises and I started the P90X DVDS exercises again. I am getting ready for my next 5K in few weeks. I am doing a diet from my nutritionist. Also, I bough some HCG Diet drops to start a 800 calories diet , at least, for 12 days , to give a little help to my metabolism. After that , I will followed my nutritionist diet. My goal? A healthier life and regarding to weight I want to be in 128.
