Wellllll. Here goes nothing. I started the Couch to 5K on March 10 and need another little something to keep me motivated. I tried weight watchers but I just wasn't feeling it. I feel like counting calories is way more effective for me anyway. After reading some posts on this site, I figured I may as well give it a go because nothing else seems to be working for me at the moment. I have been working out almost every single day, giving myself one day off during the week to give my muscles and body a day to rest. I run every other day and on my off days I get some sort of work out in, whether it be circuit training or a walk, I try to do something. BUT I haven't seen any results. None. I actually have gained 3 lbs and I know that weight loss takes time and that you have to be patient but come on. After working so hard then gaining three pounds, you just want to cry. I know I have a long way to go! Hopefully this is where I need to be!!! :)
