In 1978, I saw a copy of Muscle and Fitness with an ad on the back showing a well proportioned couple (and not the steroid-enhanced type). That was how I wanted to look- sliced (not ripped), lean, and muscular.
In 2000, thanks to EAS and Bill Phillips, I came extremely close to it.
Since then - work, travel, stress has robbed me of that accomplishment. It was, and is, all in my control.
