Mother of 4! I love doing Zumba, boxing, jui-jitzu, and weight lighting. After my last child in October 2013 I gained weight quickly and reached my all time high of 169. I got back down to 158 but with the holidays I've gained some back. Ready to get back to eating better, working out more and just felling better over all.

starting my exercise 03/15/2011
i have to agree, zumba is really fun and addicting too which is a good thingSmile. I do the videos at home and have started going to a couple of classes. the videos are more latin-ish but my instructor in class adds some radio music with is really fun. i was shy starting off but once you start it gets easier. i've tried other types of workouts but get bored with them after a while, this one has stuck with me so we shall see.

exercise tips while while working
thanks everyone, when i'm at the office i just sit there just about all day and i can tell when i leave that my body hates me. i take a short lunch so i dont have much time but that is just me making an excuse i guess Smile. i take my lunch a little later than everyone so i usually have our section of the office to myself for that time. I could try to do something then and hopefully no one in the office below me will be wondering if i'm getting attacked or something lol.

exercise tips while while working
Anyone have any good tips for how to get some exercise in at work. I work mainly from home so I get in some good exercise during the day but when I go into the office I'm behind a desk all day. I dont get home till late and its hard to get in any exercise. Even if its little I'd like to be doing something. This office job has been part of the problem with gaining weight to start with!
