protein and fat
I'm having the some percentages as you. I see how this works now.
Salmon per 100 gram has 4g fat or 4%fat, 0g carb, 22g protein or 22% protein and 130 calories.
Peanuts per 50 gram has 26g fat or 52%fat 14g carb or 28% carbs, 9g protein or 18% protein, and a WOW 320 calories.
