Hi, I'm a 43 year old Mom of three kids, 13, 9 and 5. My husband and I have been married 16 years.
Being a stay at home Mom for 13 years has taken a toll on my weight--200 lbs. I was 120 when I got married--wow! I love chocolate and chips. I also don't like exercising so it's a struggle to get going.
I'm hoping to radically change my eating habits and get healthy. I also want to look decent in a bathing suit by summer.
