My first few days
agree with koffeebean about the sugar intake...one of the fastest ways for me to drop weight is to eliminate all foods containing sugar, including fruits (dried, fresh and tinned) and increase the intake of protein, green veg and water. This will help to eliminate all the fluid your body will be holding on to as a result of dealing with the sugar. Good Luck : )
