32 lbs in 24 days!!!!!
I have been on the belly fat cure diet for two weeks. I have finally lost 3 lbs. I do feel better when I exercise. It feels good to get rid of all the high fructose food and sugar. On WW I had no idea how much sugar I was still taking in. One time of the day that still causes me the most problem is the 3 pm hour. No matter how early or late I eat lunch I just can't seem to get over the 3 pm hunger that haunts me. Any suggestions for a quick filling snack. If I lose control at all it is at that hour of the day.

This is not working well
I have been doing the belly fat cure diet since Monday and the scale has not moved. I am adding some exercise starting today but I sure hope I see some results soon. I just want the scale to move a little. Did anyone else experience a slow move on the scale in the beginning?

bloating
is there anyone else out there who has their stomach blow up like they are 9 months pregnant after they eat with painful distention and burning? This used to happen intermittently but now it happens on a regular basis. It is so uncomfortable. I have tried pepcid, antacids, and other OTC products without results.
