Hi. I really hope you don't already know me, because I am *NOT* ready to tell the world about this. I used to be an elite athlete and I am now heavier than I ever thought possible.
I am embarrassed to run into people from even 5 years ago, because of how much weight I have gained. It's all been because of bad habits creeping into my life.
I am determined to change this, and become what I was before (only better this time, since I will be leaving the extra weight behind)...

I too am finding that the only way fs works for me is if I log EVERYTHING. And if that's the way it has to be right now, then that's what it has to be! I'm ready to do whatever it takes!!

I would have to say I am on this site hourly!!! I am looking for motivation. Add me!! I have done a 1/2 marathon, was an elite athlete growing up and... 3 kids later, have let it all go to sh!t Sad so this time I'm back. I'm done having kids - so now it's about me!!
