I'm 46, married, with a small dog who keeps me walking. I work 5 days a week in front of a computer or in meetings, and go to school 2 nights a week to upgrade my qualifications.
My coworkers and I all try to encourage each other to walk on our lunch breaks. Unfortunately, many days one or more of us will end up working through the lunch hour.
