I am an active 54 year old Grandmother with 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 14 to 3 weeks old today.

I have 3 granddaughters - 9, 4, and 3 and 7 grandsons - 13, 12, 10, 9, 5, 18 months and 3 weeks.

I am currently a manager at a Best Western hotel that is mid-sized. It is a fun job with a lot of potential to learn and excel at new things. On any given day, I will be interacting with guests at the Front Desk, cleaning rooms, or handling office duties to keep the hotel going.

My hobbies are knitting, sewing, crocheting, counted cross stitch, gardening and motorcycling with my husband.

Currently I am making a Victorian Bedspread for my room and my grandaughter and I are making a scrapbook of her life. my son has custody of both her and a son by a previous relationship so the scrapbook is to help her know that while she lives with daddy, her mommy and sisters in the other household love her too.

Thank you for the insightful information. I've tried a lot of diets including Weight Watchers which seems to work best for me. My boss recently became a nutrionist and told me to eat more protein, less carbs, smaller meals, more meals, exercise and not to eat after 6 pm. She also told me I needed to cut down on my coffee and tea and drink more water.
