Mono-Monday:
-Eat only one kind of food (healthy)up to 750 kcal
Tummy-Tuck-Tuesday:
-Burn 500(+) kcals doing ab exercises
-Eat up to 750 kcals (healthy)
Weigh-in/Work-out Wednsday:
-Weigh in
-Burn 600(+) kcals @ the gym
( +100 every other day you weigh yourself)
-Eat up to 800 kcals (healthy)
Thirsty-Thursday:
-Liquid Fast ( 0 kcal drinks only)
Fasting-Friday:
-Eat up to 900 kcals of whatever
Stretch-Saturday:
-Burn 300(+) kcals (yoga only)
-Eat up to 500 kcals (healthy)
Stair-Climb-Sunday:
-Burn 800(+) kcals on stairs

literally just screamed when I saw how much I lost in how much time XD, that is 4 out of the first 5 down!!! That means that after the next lb its going to just get easier!!! *pardon my extreme enthusiasm*
