performance: gaining 0.2 lb a week
This is my second try at changing my eating habits. I did well in 2013 and got really close to my goal weight. I then got cocky and started undoing all that I had learned including no journal and not counting carbs and sodium. BIG mistakes. I will now attempt to undo all my previous no-no's and walk the straight and narrow, AGAIN.
