I moved to Dallas, Tx in May 2007...from Kansas City, Mo! I didn't know anyone and packed on about 40lbs in 3 months by becoming friends with Whataburger. I decided to have weight loss surgery and my life has changed drastically! I am healthy, happy and loving life for the first time in a long time. I was against weight loss surgery until I found it difficult to sleep or even tie my own shoes.

Starting Fat Smash Diet
Welcome and good luck! I lost 13 lbs in the first 9 days, but I only ate what the book stated. It does not mention mustard...it says all herbs and spices so maybe you can slide in the mustard.
