Net carbs?
Hey guys!

Hoping someone can help me out again please. So I'm slightly confused now, I've been just counting the carbs that it says at the top of the label, but am I meant to be deducting the carbs from sugar to get my net carbs total? Have I been consuming Too little carbs because I've made this error thinking a product has 3 grams of carbs when in actual fact I should only count 1.5?
Does this make sense? So on the food label it will read:
Peanut butter for example, not that I'm eating it, however:

Carbohydrate 7.8g
- sugars 3.4g

So I would count that as 7.8g of carbs, should I have been counting it as 4.4g of net carbs?
Please help!

Hey! Thanks for your reply, I actually use fitness pal every day and log all my meals and calories, still no weight shifted

Hey thanks for the reply! I can definitely see a change in my body shape, I do need to lose these extra kilos though, I've recently been reading that the Atkins bars stall weightloss, I've been having these while on induction, I'm thinking this might have contributed to me not losing weight? Even though my shape is changing?

Help - not losing weight
Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can offer me advice. I've been on Atkins induction for 2 weeks and only lost 1.5kg, and I don't know where I'm going wrong. I'm currently 67kgs, and 5'10 I wanted to get on Atkins to drop to 65 at least but The scales are not moving. I've been keeping between 1000-1200 calories per day and my carb count hasn't gone over 22, I walk 10,000 steps every day, 4 out of 7 days a week I use a cross trainer for 25 minutes, I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. I don't smoke, drink alcohol or so drugs. What am I doing wrong?

Please help! Thank you so much
